Hostaria Novae is a “home cuisine” as it used to be; it cannot and will not be a competitor to a restaurant, but rather an experience for those who are looking for the right balance between simple, healthy dishes, relaxation and conviviality.

We use our own products for a seasonal cuisine made with what is available: among the products of our small farms (eggs, meat, milk, cheese), fresh produce from our vegetable garden, extra virgin olive oil, wild products that grow wild, fragrances, spices and fruits.
Elizabeth goes to the village every morning to buy at local stores or farms so we always have fresh, seasonal, wasteless products, exceptional products made by wonderful people. We believe that the quality of food is also about human relationships.

So in every dish there is a story to tell, in every recipe a little bit of life lived, in every ingredient respect for a nature that should never be contaminated.

We offer a fixed menu with a three-course tasting: a generous mixed starter with garden vegetables, local cheeses and fresh cold cuts, an Emilian or Tuscan first course and a second course from the farm, homemade bread and a homemade dessert.

Our guests can choose from our small selection of local wines to fully enjoy the flavors and traditions of Tuscany, or bring their own wine “from home”.

45 euros per person (excluding beverages)

For reservations of less than the minimum number of people, we may add other guests to the same table.

Outside Guests

(minimum 6, maximum 12 people)

55 euros per person (excluding beverages)

The table is for the exclusive use of the group.

Please read the policy carefully before booking:

• Your reservation is confirmed ONLY when you receive a written (email or WhatsApp) confirmation message. Please also check SPAM.

• A credit card is required to guarantee the booking. No amount will be deducted at the time of booking.

• If the reservation is not canceled 24 hours in advance, a 25 euro fee will be charged for each person booked.

• In case of no-show, a sum of 55 euro will be charged for each person booked (penalty deposit, CC ex Art. 1386).

• By making a reservation, the guest expressly accepts all the clauses contained herein.

WARNING. The promiscuity of the productions and the handicraft processing do not allow us to guarantee the absence of risks for severe celiac disease and severe food allergies. Please always inform us in advance of any allergies or intolerances. On request, we can try to offer you a choice of products adapted to your diet (gluten-free, lactose-free, yeast-free, vegetarian, allergy and intolerance conscious), but our cuisine is not “certified” and the alternatives we propose may not be sufficient in serious situations; in this case, we recommend you to consult specialized facilities.
